No goals but intention lists. I love it. That's also how I prefer to approach life. It leaves a lot of room for life itself— we are living intentionally through every experience and taking every opportunities intentionally too.

I love your notes. Your work is impressive. You should feel proud of all you’ve accomplished. Concerning social media, I am struggling with the addiction or obsession questions. Ironically, Facebook deleted my account for some mysterious reason. I wish you and your family the very best in 2024
